This oil on canvas is by Oscar Winner (for costumes) Julie Harris.
The collection of her costume sketches were bought by Paul Getty for the FBI archives. In 2004 she had a sell out exhibition at Partridge Fine Art. Her pictures of tulips and roses sell for £4,000 each.
Her paintings can be found in New York, Hong Kong and Oman owned by many celebrities from the world of entertainment.
